Judd Lienhard has been a speed and human performance coach for 12 years and has more than 34,000 training hours under his belt. He believes that the most important and difficult muscles to train are our minds.

A former college football player and US Army ranger, Judd used his training to design a straightforward and impactful regimen for athletes ages 9 to 79. However, he discovered that his clients’ greatest challenges were not their physical limitations — but barriers in their minds and routines.

What is the time commitment for this program?

You'll have a 60-minute group call on Wednesdays at 7:30p CST each week. Aside from that, the time you dedicate to the nutrition curriculum, personal development resources, and fitness resources is flexible and can be completed at your discretion.

Can I get direct or personalized support from Judd?

Judd’s weekly group call is your chance to ask questions directly to Judd and get real-time feedback. Judd is also active in the community and group chats for questions that come up throughout the week. Individual one-on-one calls are not available. Judd has community support to ensure all of your questions will be answered.

Does this include access to Judds training app?

You do not get instant access to the app for signing up for the subscription- but you can purchase the app to enhance the community experience HERE.

What is the cancellation policy?

Should you decide that this program is not suitable for you, reach out to EMAIL and we will proceed with canceling your subscription. You will be required to notify the team 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
