These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MASS MGMT LLC ("we," "us," "our"). They cover everything we run under the Judd Lienhard and Mass Method names (the "Services"): our website juddlienhard.com and its online shop, the Mass Method training app and memberships, coaching programs, the coaching community, Immersions and other events, our emails and our text messages.
By using the Services, buying from us, or signing up for emails or texts, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us, create an account or sign up for texts.
Our training programs, workouts, videos, podcasts, emails and other content are for general information and education. They are not medical advice and do not replace advice from your doctor or another qualified health professional.
The app is provided through our platform partner, Playbook. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Tell us right away at contact@juddlienhard.com if you think someone else has used it. Playbook's own terms also apply to your use of the app.
Coaching programs, the coaching community and events such as Immersions may have their own details, schedules and cancellation terms, which we share when you sign up. Those details are part of these Terms. In the community, be respectful: no harassment, spam, selling or sharing other members' information.
If you sign up for our newsletter or buy from us, we may send you emails about training, new content, products, offers and events, plus messages about your orders and account. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime using the link in any email. We may still send messages about a purchase or your account.
The program. Judd Lienhard texts (run by MASS MGMT LLC) send training tips, new podcast and video drops, offers and launches, cart and event reminders, and account or order updates to people who opt in.
Opting in. You join by entering your number on one of our sign-up forms, or by checking the text box at checkout. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational texts at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
How often. Message frequency varies, usually up to 4 messages a week. We text only between 8am and 8pm in your local time.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
Stopping texts. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll receive one text confirming you're unsubscribed, and no more after that. To rejoin, sign up again on our website.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email contact@juddlienhard.com.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the phone number, or have the account holder's permission.
Privacy. We never sell or share your phone number or text consent for anyone else's marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
When you reply to our emails, send a question, share a story or post in the community, you keep ownership of what you wrote. You give us permission to use it to run and improve the Services, for example to answer your question on the podcast or in the newsletter. We may use AI services to help us sort and respond to messages. We will ask your permission before publishing your name, photo or story in a way that identifies you. Don't send anything you don't have the right to share, or anything unlawful or harmful.
All content in the Services, including programs, workouts, videos, podcasts, text, graphics, logos and the Judd Lienhard and Mass Method names, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial training. You may not copy, resell, share account access to, or distribute it without our written permission.
Don't misuse the Services. That includes trying to access accounts or systems that aren't yours, interfering with the website or app, scraping content, or using the Services for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms.
The Services link to and rely on other platforms, such as Playbook, payment processors, YouTube, Instagram, podcast apps and Substack. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not promise the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, MASS MGMT LLC, Judd Lienhard and our team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any injury arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to cover our losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first at contact@juddlienhard.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, let you know by email. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
